SCHEDULE MANAGER - Always Free!

Most businesses still use paper for doing schedules. Our research indicates that retail stores were in large part still doing it this way. After conversing with managers, we found that one of their main job pet peeves was doing the ever-dreaded schedules. Schedules tend to change so much, that they start to look unreadable on paper and take so much time to do.

3-5 easy steps is all it takes to create a schedule, plus you can edit and regenerate anytime. See below:

Step 1: Create your store's name or identity. Go to Data Structures > Store Type > Add New Store Type.

Step 2: Create employees or persons that will be on your schedule(s). Go to Manage Employees > Add New Employee Type.

Step 3: Select New Schedule. Define the week range, usually starting on a Sunday by specifying the schedule's starting date. Enter the week number in the year for the schedule. The computer tells you what week number it currently is to help you determine.

Step 4: Select Prepare Schedule. Go to Prepare Schedule. Select the Employee you wish to enter hours for. Repeat Step 4 for each employee.

Step 5: Select Generate Schedule. Supply the schedule's week number and submit. The schedule is generated. If you want to edit any part of the schedule, choose Edit Schedule, and select employee you're wishing to modify hours for. Do for one or all employees, even remove or add new employees if needed. Once finished with edits, simply regenerate the schedule again. You can print by choosing Print View.

After creating your first schedule, then it only takes 3 steps to create others using the same employees and store (Steps 3-5). Give it a try! Use it for absolutely free, you'll never be charged.
