A few case studies ... RocketLawyer Inc. RocketLawyer Inc. was looking to do a webservice API for their current Web application. The project involved creating this API and a "Law Services Widget" to use the API, and to be placed on various partner Law websites. After the initial Beta was finished, you could place only 3 lines of Javascript code on any web page and it would run the basic RocketLawyer Web application from that single spot on the page, including logging in and document management. Johnson and Johnson J&J's Lifescan Technologies divsion needed to do their first online clinical trial. Survey Matrix provided the flexibility not offered by any other vendors. The online clinical trial featured placebo and control groups and several workflows for each. Survey Matrix provided advanced features for group/user tracking and report striping. Lifescan was able to utilize the Survey Matrix intelligent Form-flow system to mix and match questionnaires to provide form chains to different groups at different times. Dakota Data IFusionSoft hosts, maintains and supports the Survey Fusion web-based software system for people with disabilites. Dakota Data collects paper surveys from various companies and trains people with disabilities to enter the data into our specialized survey system that guarantees 99% accurracy. Sony BMG Sony uses IFusionSoft's Survey Matrix to auto-dispatch survey invitations to client Contacts when their Cases (Tickets) are closed. The system uses a web service that listens for outbound messages invoked by work-flow rules through Salesforce online CRM. The interaction between the Salesforce and Survey Matrix web services demonstrates intelligent conversation between computers with no human interaction to arrive at a decision and execute corrosponding action(s). Profit Alliance Tax Recovery Group Profit Alliance (PA) needed a highly flexible system with adaptive questioning to collect and analyze tax information. PA came to IFusionSoft seeking a solution that would utilize an intricate network of skip patterns and form flow transitions. Using Survey Matrix, a data collection application was created in less than 5 weeks comprising hundreds of tax collection questions. The PA system uses the Survey Matrix intelligent form flow system containing form rules that govern what forms and questions in the tax profile form collection users get as they answer the questions.
